Los niños de la catequesis se disfrazaron de peregrinos y nativos americanos para el Día de Acción de Gracias y participaron de la Misa a las 9am.

Es una manera maravillosa y educativa de ayudarlos a comprender el significado histórico de este evento, mientras aprenden a apreciar más profundamente y tener empaơa y respeto por las diferentes culturas que componen este país. Esto no sólo les proporciona una perspectiva histórica sino que también los anima a reflexionar sobre la importancia de la gratitud como cristianos.

A través de esta experiencia conocieron las dificultades que enfrentaron los Peregrinos y nativos de la época y el agradecimiento que expresaron a Dios por las bendiciones recibidas. Esta actividad sirve como un recordatorio significativo para que todos cultivemos un corazón agradecido y valoremos las abundantes bendiciones en nuestras propias vidas.

Thanksgiving Day

CCD children dressed up as pilgrims and Native Americans for the first Thanksgiving and participated in the Thanksgiving Mass at 9 am.

It is a wonderful and educational way to help them understand the historical significance of this event as they learn a deeper appreciation of the empathy and respect we all should have for different cultures.
